Free Returns — Zero Stress.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Austrian and EU consumer law.

• Unopened & sealed box (sofa remains compressed):
You may return your order completely free of charge within 14 days.
We handle the entire return process for you — pickup, coordination with the shipping company, and all return costs are fully covered by us.

• Opened sofa:
You may still return the sofa within 14 days of delivery.
In this case, the sofa must be safely packed, and the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
You are free to choose any shipping company.

Compression Note:
Each sofa is vacuum-compressed for shipping. Please open the compression within 15 days of delivery to ensure the best quality and foam recovery.
If the sofa stays sealed for longer, material recovery may reduce. We cannot be held responsible for quality loss if the product remains compressed for weeks or months.

 

If you decide to return your sofa, we kindly ask that it is returned in
new condition, free from any signs of use, damage, or stains.

Once we receive the sofa and confirm it meets these conditions,
your refund will be processed promptly and in full.

The return shipping cost is not deducted from your refund.
Only the original delivery cost to you will be deducted, if applicable.
