The product must always be kept away from open flames, strong heat sources,
hot objects, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, and similar risk factors.
Any exposure to such elements is entirely at the customer’s own responsibility.
Depending on the selected fabric, our products may also feature easy-care,
pet-friendly, stain-resistant, or reduced flammability properties.
These features do not constitute a guarantee against damage, ignition,
liquid penetration, or material alteration.
Any damage caused by heat, fire, water, liquids, cigarettes, pets, scratches, bites,
moisture, improper cleaning, or lack of care
is solely the responsibility of the customer.
Liability for any resulting personal injury, property damage, or financial loss
is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
